It was built in 1971 on the road Ljubuški – Čapljina – Stolac and was destroyed during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1992. It was reconstructed and opened to traffic in 2002. The length of the bridge is 393 m, the width of the roadway is 7 meters, and the two sidewalks are 2.25 meters (each). The bridge connects the urban area of Čapljina with the business zone in Tasovčići.
